For me, real estate has always been about more than the house. Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and price matter, but I think there's an even better question to ask:

Would I actually like my life here?

My wife and I are raising five young kids in Colorado, so I’ve learned firsthand that the way you live in a home matters just as much as the home itself. Our life is a mix of kids' sports, family time, fitness, church, and as much golf as I can reasonably convince my wife is necessary. All of that has shaped the way I approach real estate.

I'm a Coldwell Banker Realtor serving Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and the surrounding South Metro area, with a special interest in golf and lifestyle communities. I take my craft seriously and spend a lot of time studying homes, neighborhoods, pricing, and market trends. My clients deserve thoughtful advice, not something I pulled from an automated home-value estimate five minutes before our conversation.

I'm also not interested in being the Realtor who only shows up when there's a transaction to be had. I'd rather be the person you call before you need a Realtor, whether you're wondering what your home is worth, considering a renovation, curious why your neighbor's house sold for that much, or starting to wonder if another community might fit your family better.

My faith, family, and relationships are incredibly important to me, and they've shaped the kind of business I want to build: work with good people, give them great advice, take exceptional care of them, and hopefully have some fun along the way.

Because at the end of the day, you're not just choosing a house.

You're choosing where you get to live your life.
